He emigrated with his family to America. They were in Stafford, Genesee, New York in 1850 and 1860.[1][2]
He married Margaret Jeary about 1860. They had children.
They moved to Macoupin county, Illinois. They were at Honey Point, Macoupin, Illinois in 1880 and 1900.[3][4] In 1910, they were at Shaw's Point in Macoupin county.[5]
He passed away in 1912. He was buried in Elmwood cemetery in Litchfield, Montgomery, Illinois.[6]
