Esther Hunt was baptised in Wootton Bassett on 30 August 1795^[1], the daughter of John Hunt (1764-1847) and Jane (Strange) Hunt (abt.1768-1846).

She married William Bailey (abt.1791-1870) in Wootton Bassett on 26 December 1825^[2] and the couple had four children.

Esther was buried in Wootton Bassett on 4 December 1874^[3].
