Biography

Thomas was the son of Henry Hunt and Elizabeth Kiernan.[1]

He married Elizabeth, the daughter of John Browne of Mount Browne in 1783. They had one daughter.[2]

Thomas died 1785 when Elizabeth remarried to Dr. Herbert Packe of Canterbury, Kent England.[2] in 1790.

This was in fact where Thomas last military assignment was found and where Herbert's dad was a prolific medical man.

Of interest, the deed notes that actually the original marriage intention to Robert Park (a family of long attachment to the de Vere Hunts) was abandoned.

Equally worth noting is that Thomas and Elizabeth were related through the de Vere Hunts as Susan Hunt either the sister or daughter of John of Glangoole was in her ancestry as well as John in his.
