I'm new here and it is overwhelming.

I don't devote much time to my genealogy but I have been working on it for many years on and off. I am hitting a road block using normal paper trail investigation. My DNA does give a jump over several generations (I have been told by other Hunt researchers.) But that jump leaves gaps in two or three generation names that has not been filled in yet; nor have I found proof where that jump actually lands as being told to me. I do sign up to Ancestry.com periodically, but not on a continuous basis. Jack
