She married Henry E. Pierce (1842-1903) in 1867. Their children:
Clinton
William
Lorena or Laurina
Charles
Lillie May
They moved from Indiana to Illinois, and then to Iowa. After her husband died she lived in her son-in-law's household.
She passed away in 1922.
Research Notes
Some records have her as Malinda or Melinda, others as Jane.
In census records she says her father was born in MD, her mother in PA. This conflicts with other siblings' accounts that father was born in NC, mother in PA.
1900 census says she had 6 children, 5 living.
Burial record still needed. Will add husband soon.
