Simeon passed away, 26 Apr 1793, in Coventry, Conneticut.
His Find A Grave Memorial., which includes a photograph of his tombstone and foot stone, states that he was a Lieutenant and "Served in the French Indian War Capt. Barker's Co." Further research to prove or disprove this statement can be done to substantiate this claim. This memorial also states he was married twice,
"Simeon served in the French Indian War Capt. Abner Barker’s 2nd Company, Col Shubel Connant’s 5th Connecticut Regiment, Muster Roll of company of militia at Ft.Edward, Ft.William Henry and parts adjacent. Company in service during alarm and for relief of Ft.William Henry and parts adjacent."MinerDescent.com
