Biography
Alvin Hunter was born on March 24, 1844, in Clinton, Maine. He married Rosa Brunette on November 28, 1867, in Brown, Wisconsin. They had nine children in 13 years. After Rose's death he married again to Azelia A Hunter and moved California with his son's family. He died on September 1, 1936, in Santa Monica, California, at the age of 92.
