NOTE: there is a map that I am looking for which shows that each of the five children received significant property ( 200 acres or more) AND this was done BEFORE another record was made that claimed he died a bit after this official probate was complete and certified. There are Hunter Family stories that there was a huge effort to take back this property from the actual children of James Hunter and Margaret.
