Biography

Malcolm, elder son of King David I., was strangled when a child by Donald Bane Dunkeld , ex-king of Scots.[1]

"... the first-born child ... and says that he was "cruelly murdered by the iron fingers of a certain wretched clerk" when aged two." [2]

Hi Elliott, just noticed that in the heading which gives vitals on Malcolm (Huntingdon) Canmore, you have him as the son of Simon de Senlis but in the bio section he is shown as the son of King David I of Scotland. From dates he must have been the son of King David of Scotland.
