Otis was born in 1896. He passed away in 1923. He married Edna Mitchell in 1917. He left for WWI in May of 1918 and his son was born later that year.
He was stationed in France and returned home in 1919.
In February of 1920, Edna died of the flu. Their son went to live with his maternal grandmother.
Otis died from a fall while at work. The newspaper states he left a wife and two children and his wife later write a thank you to the community for the support after her husbands death.
He was living in Drumright, OK when he died. I have not identified his second wife or child.
