Mosier is my grandmother's surname. Her immediate family came from Wolfe Island, Ontario Canada having immigrated there from the area of Dartmouth, Mass., USA. With shared information from not so distant, and distant family the Mosher/Mosier family has possibly been traced back to the early 1600's. However with more research and more and more information being tagged on the internet as of 2019, everyone here knows, it can sometimes be quite a challenge sorting out frequently used first names as
