Elizabeth (Hurford) Salter was born in Somerset, England.

Elizabeth was born in 1882[1] She was the daughter of Frederick Hurford Emma Chapman.

She was living with her parents, siblings and grandparents at Barclay Street, Bridgwater, Somerset and attending school in 1891[2]

She married Herbert Salter in Bridgwater, Somerset, England in 1901[3] She was living with her husband at Salmon Parade, Bridgwater, Somerset and working as a collar maker machinist in 1901[4]

She was living with her husband and son at North Petherton, Somerset in 1911[5]

She passed away in 1955[6]
