Jose Maria Huron, also known as Jose M Huron, Jose M Huron, Sr. and Jose Maria Uron, was born on 07 Jul 1896 in Losoya, Bexar County, Texas. His parents are Almaquio Huron and Feliz Valdez. He received the sacrament of Baptism on 09 Oct 1896 at San Francisco de la Espada Catholic Church, San Antonio, Texas.

NOTE: Jose Maria's birth date 07 Jul 1896 was found in Family Search, as well as his WWI draft registration and WWII draft registration. His burial plot engraved his birth date as 5 Jun 1896. Unknown which birth date is correct.

Jose married Juanita Herrera, the daughter of Manuel Herrera and Juana Villagran, on 09 Feb 1918 in Bexar County, Texas. Witnesses were Juan C Huron and Maria Rita Herrera. They were married by Rev. F Drees, Catholic Priest. Jose and Juanita had eight (8) children.
