Biography
Jorge Huron, also known as George Huron, was born on 22 May 1908 in Losoya, Bexar County, Texas. His parents were Natividad Huron and Vicenta Gil. He received the sacrament of Baptism on 14 Jun 1908 at St. Carmen Catholic Church, Losoya, Texas.
The 1910 United States Census recorded George Huron, son of Natividad Huron head of household, Male, age 2, born in Texas. Event Date: 20 April 1910. Event Place: Losoya, Bexar County, Texas.Family Search
The 1930 United States Census, dated 4 Apr 1930, stated George Huron is the son of N C Huron, Male, Age 22, born in Texas. His occupation is a farm laborer. Event Place: Precinct 8, Atascosa, Texas, United States (southwest of Atascosa River).
George married Maria A Martinez on 11 Aug 1971 in Atascosa, Texas. From this union they had the following children: Irma, Roberto, Maria Alisia, and Emmalinda Huron.
George passed away on 9 Sep 1987 at the age of 79 at San Saba, San Saba County, Texas. He is buried at San Saba City Cemetery.
