Biography
Lynn Ann Hall, age 58, of Waterloo, and formerly of Dubuque, died Friday, October 22, 2010 at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home, surrounded by her family.
She was born April 10, 1952 in Vallejo, California, the daughter of Richard and Ann (Swehla) Hurst. Lynn was united in marriage with Darrel L. Hall on December 28, 1973 in South Dakota.
Lynn worked as a dog groomer in Waterloo and Dubuque for many years, moving back to Waterloo in 2008. She enjoyed animals and loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include a daughter, Angie (Josh) Meyer of La Porte City; two sons, Ryan (Stephanie) Hall of Evansdale and Mark Hall of Waterloo; her father, Richard (Yung) Hurst of Waterloo; three sisters, Penny Hicks (Bonnie Leporiere) of Napa, CA, Jennifer (Glen) Bontrager of Washington, IA and Tami (Joe Drahos) Hurst of Port Charlotte, FL; two brothers, Joe Egemo of Eastman, WI and Jack Caddel of Waucoma, IA. and great friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Ann Hurst and her biological father, Jack Frye.
