Ignatius Hussey was born circa 1682, the son of Walter Hussey and Margaret Russell. [1] [2]
He married, firstly, Margaret Bursey, daughter of William Bursey, on 22 May 1718 at St. Martins in the Fields, London, England
He married, secondly, Elizabeth Burgh, daughter of Thomas Burgh and Mary Smyth, on 13 July 1740 at Oldtown, Naas, County Kildare, Ireland

He died on 13 January 1743/44.
On 10 August 1718 he conformed to the Protestant religion. He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1719 entitled to practise as a Barrister-at-Law. He lived at Donore, County Kildare, Ireland
