Biography

Thomas Benton Hutchings was born in 1852. He was the son of Henry Hovey Hutchings and Sarah Amanda (McCuistion) Hutchings. He married Mary Ann Shay on August 26, 1883 in San Bernardino, California, United States. Together, they had three children: Lydia Bell Hutchings Bennett (1884–1963), Clayton Walter Hutchings (1886–1965), and Lawrence Shay Hutchings (1892–1918). Thomas Benton Hutchings passed away in 1932.
