Charlotte was born September of 1825 in White County, Tennessee. She was the daughter of John Hutchings and Elizabeth Lewis.
She passed away in the year 1900 in Alma, Crawford, Arkansas. Charlotte was laid to rest in Newberry Chapel Cemetery, Alma, Crawford, Arkansas, United States. [1]
