Michael Hvozdovich was born in 1916. He is the son of Mike Hvozdovich and Ella Boriscz.

Michael Hvozdovich was one of six siblings:

1. Anna Hvozdovich/Hozdovich, born about 1910, who married Andrew Jefchek.
2. Helen Hvozdovich/Hozdovich, born about 1911, who married Henry Tomko in Cook County, Illinois on February 15, 1936.
3. Mary Hozdovich, born in 1914, who married Sebastian Centanne on September 13, 1935 in Lake County, Indiana
4. Michael Hozdovich, Jr., born in 1916, who married Sofia Beck on September 6, 1941 in Lake County, Indiana
5. Vera Hozdovich, born between 1917 and 1921, who married Stephen G. Flesher, Jr. on December 9, 1940 in Lake County, Indiana and later moved to La Madina? , California
6. George Hozdovich, born in 1923, who used the name "Greg Hoze", who married Helen "Len" Stevens in 1947 in Lake County, Indiana .

Michael Hvozdovich passed away on April 10, 1993 and is buried in Hammond, Lake County, Indiana.
