Biography

Ephraim was born in 1707. He was the son of Jonathan Hyde and Elizabeth Williams.

Ephraim Hyde married Margaret (Morris) Griffin, the widow of Joseph Griffin, as her second husband in Pomfret, Connecticut, on 7 August 1735. ^[1]

Ephraim Hyde died in Pomfret on 5 December 1761, and Margaret was living as his widow as of 28 December 1761, when his estate was divided.^[1]
