Biography
David was born in Ireland in about 1827.
He was with his family in Portland Terrace, Liverpool when the 1871 census was taken:

David was buried at Kirkdale Cemetery, Liverpool, England
David Hyland was an expert machinist and could straighten a ships propellar shaft by heating and chilling without removing the shaft from the ship (According to William David Hyland) David and Ann lived at Hutchesontown ward, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland. David and Ann moved to 140 Litherland Road, Bootle. David and Ann moved to 6ct SH, Rose Vale, Everton.[2]
