Pierre Roch Hébert was born on November 02, 1777 in Iles-de-St-Pierre et Miquelon, France and baptized the next day.[1] His parents were Charles Hébert and Rose Vigneau.
He married Emilie Bourgeois, daughter of Joseph Bourgeois and Angélique Boudrot, on August 28, 1804.[2]
He died on September 08, 1866 in Bassin, I-D-M, QC, Canada
