Jacques Icard was born in Smyrna, Turkey in 1759. He was the son of Jacques Icard and Anna Glicofridi.
He was a tailor by trade like his father and grandfather before him.
He married Elisabeth Seqard and they had between 2 and 6 children.
He died in Smyrna in 1837.
