Biography
Howard was the youngest child of Jay Calvin Ice and Cora Vee Lough. I have not found documentation for his middle name; whether it was Lawrence or Lough.
Howard married Florence Cutlip 30 May 1937 in Fairmont, Marion, West Virginia.[1]They had a son, Howard Minor Ice, 1939-2000.[2]
