Biography
Rose was born in 1887[1] in Grimsby, Lincolnshire, England. In 1901 she lived with her parents, George and Emily, in Cleethorpes, Lincolnshire.[2]
In 1911 Rose married Samuel Beckitt.[3][4] The couple lived at the back of 216 King Edward Street, Grimsby. Samuel was a dock labourer.[5]
