Theodore Ingalls was a blacksmith in Middleton, Massachusetts.
Theodore Ingalls did not leave a will and his estate entered probate on 2 December 1817 with widow Ruthey Ingalls as administratrix. Ruthey requested allowance on 6 January 1818 for the support of three children who were in her care. Ruthey also petitioned for the sale of the personal estate after allowance for support. A portion of the real estate was sold to settle a mortgage. The real estate was valued at $6653 and included three farms: the home farm of 116 acres, the Stiles farm of 108 acres, and the 18-acre Faller farm. Personal estate was $2685.11, much of that in the form of notes owed to the estate.[4]
