Frank is my great grandfather on my mothers side. His son Walter Spaulding Ingalls is my Maternal grandfather. Frank (and his wife Madora Spaulding Ingalls) were assigned to the Yuma Territorial Prision as one of his Army assignments. My mother Madora Preble ingalls married name Cowie, Walter's 2nd daughter by his 2nd wife was named after his mother Madora.
