Clara was born October 23, 1941 in Arkansas, United States. She was the daughter of Albert Ingle and Tressie (Oliver) Ingle.[1]

Clara, along with her parents and three siblings, died March 31, 1952 in a tornado that struck Cotton Plant, Woodruff, Arkansas, United States. They were all buried in the Cotton Plant Memorial Cemetery in Cotton Plant, Woodruff, Arkansas, United States.[1]
