James was born before 1801.
He was first married to Anne Leith. After she died he married Margaret Watt of Gamrie.
James and his second wife Margaret should not be confused with another James Ingram and Margaret Watt/Ingram who married in Inverurie and also had children baptised in Rayne!
James died aged 77.
