Biography
William was baptised on 1 February 1818 in Rewe by Exeter, Devon by parents Henry and Betty. [1]
William's mother married again to John North (before 1837 when the couple baptised son John on Rewe by Exeter, Devon). and in 1851 William was living in Silverton, Devon with his mother Elizabeth and step father John and half brother John. William was an Agricultural Labourer. [2]
William married at the age of 35 in 1855 in Bristol. He was a Dairyman, his father Henry was a Farmer. Mary Ann Drake's father William was a paper maker.
