William Pendleton, Jr. was born at Preston, Conn., 1 May, 1810, and died there of typhoid fever, 27 February, 1838. He married at Preston, 3 October, 1837, Susan Brown Irish, daughter of John and Susanna (Brown) Irish. She married (2), at Norwich, Conn., 17 March, 1847, Hezekiah C. Bridgham, and died 8 February, 1852.
