Biography

Baden Irish was born in the Colony of Victoria (1851-1900)

Ernest Baden Irish, son of Arthur Edwin Irish and Chelester Tamagno, was born in 1900 at Napoleons, in the Colony of Victoria. ^[1]

In 1923, aged 23, he married Edith Eggleston (1903-1996). ^[2] They had 5 daughters: Gwen, Joan, Norma, Gladys, and Heather.

In 1923 he can be found on the Electoral Rolls at 18 Hall Street, Newport, and in 1925 at 25(0) Faraday Street, Carlton South, with Edith.^{[citation needed]}

He died on 26 September 1970, aged 70 years, in Ballarat. ^[3] In his will and probate he was listed as a Process Worker, of Sebastopol. ^[4] He was buried in the Buninyong Cemetery. ^[5] His gravestone reads:
