ah - if she did marry Rumney, she's Corderoy's sister for sure, and he's currently badged by the Magna Carta project as being son of Samuel and Bridget (Corderoy) Ironmonger. See Ironmonger-35 (Corderoy Ironmonger).

Could the Ann Rumney mentioned be this Ann?

pp 24-25:

  • [Elizabeth (Ironmonger) Everanden granted administration of 3 estates Nov. 29, 1681]...:
    • "Martha Jones als. Ironmonger late wife of John Jones Sr. dec'd, late of Virginia, administration, 29 Nov. 1681, to Elizabeth Everenden als. Ironmonger, wife of Anthony Everenden, and aunt by the mother's side of John Jones Jr. now beyond seas, son of the deceased."

The entry is followed by the other two (Elizabeth's siblings, Ann Rumney & Corderoy Ironmonger), then

(Virginia Mag. Hist. and Bio. XI, 75.)
