Biography
Barbara Ironside was baptized on 24 June 1742 at Fyvie. Her father was George Ironside, and the witnesses were James Ironside and George Ironside. [1]
Barbara married John Proctor, and with him had at least one child - Jane Proctor in Fyvie in 1780. On Jane's death in Fraserburgh in 1868 her father was described as a farmer. Both her parents were now dead. [2]
