Biography

Wilda May Irvin was born on 19 March 1918, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to William John Irvin Junior and Ethel Dixon. ^{[1] [2]} She was baptized on 8 September 1918, in Siloam Methodist Church, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. ^[3]

In 1930, she was living with her parents and sister at 113 Penn Street, Camden, Camden County, New Jersey. She was attending school. ^[4]

In 1935, she was living in Woodlynne, Camden County, New Jersey. ^[5]

She married Herbert Christian Aichele, on 9 June 1938, at Mt Holly, Burlington County, New Jersey. They were married by the pastor of the First Baptist Church of Mount Holly. Wilda was living on Lake Road, in Woodbury, New Jersey. Herbert was living at 704 West Cumberland Street, Philadelphia, and was an operator. Their witnesses were Wilda's sister Emma Irvin and H. Emerson Reitinger. ^[1] They had one child. ^[6]

In 1940, she was living on Eldgridge, in Collingswood Borough, Camden County, New Jersey, with her husband. She had finished four years of high school. She was not working. ^[5]

She moved to Medford, Burlington County, New Jersey, about 1984. ^[6] She lived in Oaklyn and Cape May for ten years before that. ^[7]

On 3 May 2009, she died at Virtua Memorial Hospital, Mount Holly, Burlington County, New Jersey. On 6 May 2009, she was buried, in Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, Burlington County, New Jersey. ^{[7] [8] [9] [2]}
