No. 199051 to the Registor appointed by act of parliament for the Registering of Deeds Conveyances and so forth

Registered the 1st Day of February 1774 at 12 oClock at noon

A Memorial of a Deed Duly Executed bearing date the nineteent[h] day of June one thou[sa]nd Seven hun[dre]d and Seventy Three and made between John Erwin of Derry York in the Co[unty] of Londonderry farmer and Edw[ar]d Erwin his son Where by after Recipient as there in is Recited he the s[ai]d John Erwin for the Considerations therein mentioneds did assign make over and for ever Quit claim unto the s[ai]d Edward Erwin all his Right Titles and Interest of one third part of what Land he was Entitled to in the Townlands of Derry york under and by Virtue of a Lease from the Earl of Tyrone to hold unto the s[ai]d Edw[ar]d Erwin during the Continuances thereof Which Deed was Duly Executed by all the parties thereto and Witnessed by George McClennan of Straw and Robert Erwin and James Erwin both of Derry York all in the s[ai]d Co[unty] of Londonderry and this Mem[oria]l was duly Executed by the s[ai]d Edw[ar]d Erwin in presence of the s[ai]d James Erwin and Conolly McCausland of Dressy hill of s[ai]d Co[unty] of Londonderry Edw[ar]d E Irwin <Seal> Signed and Sealed in presence of James Erwin the above named James Erwin taketh Oath that he is a subscribing Witness to the Deed of Which the above writing is a mem[oria]l and Saith he saw the same duly Executed by all the partyes thereto and and sayth he Saw the above named Edward Erwin sign and the above Mem[oria]l and that the name James Erwin subscribed as witness to the s[ai]d Deeds and this mem[oria]l is this Depon[an]ts name and hand writing James Erwin Sworn before me at Lemavady in the Co[unty] of Londonderry this 14th day of Jan[ua]ry 1774 by Virtue of a Commission to me granted for taking affid[avit]s in s[ai]d Co[unty] and I know the Deponant Connoly McCausland
