Biography
Ida Mae Cash, 81, of Amarillo, died Saturday, Feb. 20, 1999.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Llano Mausoleum with the Rev. Larry Richardson, Palisades Fellowship Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery by Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors, Memorial Chapel, 315 E. Fifth Ave.
Mrs. Cash was born in Taylor County and moved to Amarillo from Abilene. She was a graduate of Amarillo High School, and worked as a bookkeeper for both Jim Hudson Oil Company and Ted Lokey Tire & Oil, and as a manager for a department store. She was a Baptist.
She married Floyd Cash in 1963.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Berry F. Smith of Amarillo; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to Crown of Texas Hospice, 1000 S. Jefferson, to Boys Ranch and Affiliates, or to a favorite charity.
