Biography

The 1910 census shows her and her brother Job in the household of her brother-in-law Ben Caudill.

Obituary: She was the daughter of the late Jonah and Susanna Ison. She is survived by two daughters: Essie Adams of Jeremiah and Hassie Smith of Isom; two sons: Blaine Caudill of Fort Meyers, Fla. and Jonah Caudill of Jeremiah; five brothers: Kernie Ison of Detroit, Mich., Floyd Ison of Mt. Sterling, Ky., Tinsley Ison of Brownstown, Indiana, Corbin Ison of Eustis, Fla. and Lovell Ison of Pikeville, Ky. She is also survived by a sister, Arzonia Halcomb of Isom, Ky., and a step-brother James T. Hogg of Santa Barbara, Cal. Also surviving are 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Ison-486 and Ison-1011 do not represent the same person because: Ison-486 was married to George Caudill. Ison-1011 was married to Nelson Caudill.

The father and siblings of Ison-486 may be wrong.
