Corporal David Ives served with Massachusetts during the American Revolution.
Captain David Ives (13 APRIL 1749 Wallingford Twp, New Haven, Conneticut[1][2] -11 DEC 1815 Southwick, Hampden, Massachusetts) was the son of David Ives Sr and Elizabeth Merriam.
On 25 Sep 1771 he married Dolly Hough[3] (30 JAN 1755 Wallingford, Connecticut - 26 OCTOBER 1823) the daughter of Daniel Hough (6 MAR 1721 Connecticut - 25 JUL 1768 Meriden, Connecticut) and Violet Benton (8 DEC 1723 Connecticut - 25 JULY 1768 Wallingford, Connecticut).
