Elizabeth was born about 1830 in Georgia. Her parents are not known.
She married Alen Bonner, son of Thomas Bonner and Elizabeth Duke, on 29 Dec 1846 in Walton County, Georgia.[1] She was about 16 years old and may have been his second of three wives. They had at least 4 children together:
Household | Role | Sex | Age | Est Birth | Birthplace | Occupation |
Allen Bonner | Head | M | 31 | 1819 | Georgia | Farmer |
Elizabeth Bonner | Wife | F | 20 | 1830 | Georgia
Frances Bonner | Son | M | 3 | 1847 | Georgia
George Bonner | Son | M | 1 | 1849 | Georgia
Allen Bonner | Son | M | 1mo | 1850 | Georgia |
In the 1850 census, this family is enumerated next to Alen's father, mother, and sister (Thomas, Elizabeth, and Caroline).
Her husband remarried in 1855, so it is presumed that she died between 1852 and 1855. Son, John, was born about 1852. She would have been about 22 years old in 1852.
It should be noted that all three of Alen's wives were named Elizabeth.
