A.J. was born about 1862 (birth location and parents unknown).
He married Elizabeth Hardcastle (parents unknown), in 1878 at about the age of 16. ( J A McMurray - Minister) It is not known if they had children; census records have not been found to match.
He died in 1907 at the age of 45 from typhoid fever, due to "indiscreet diet". ( Dr. L. E. Kelton, Cor. Tex) It is not known where he is buried.
