Biography

Samuel was born on 28 September 1856 and baptised on 22 March 1857 Perranzabuloe, Cornwall, in the Rose Wesleyan-Methodist Chapel, the son of Thomas Jacka and Christianna Tredinnick.^{[1] [2]}

Unable to locate him in the 1881 Census.

Samuel married Louisa Jane Nicholls on the 1 May 1883 in Perranzabuloe, Cornwall.^[5]
