Eulalia was born in June 1845 and baptised on 26 October 1845 in Saint Columb Minor Parish, Cornwall, the daughter of Richard Jacka and Maria Elliot.[1] [2] [3]

On the Freebdm site her first name has been indexed as Uelia, Welia. & Ulilia which are the search results for the Phonetic spelling of her name but all with same GRO reference of St Columb, Vol.9, page 59.
