Richard Henry JACKA was born on 22 November 1861 in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia[1]. His parents were Walter JACKA and Phillippa DATSON.

He married Annie Florence Cassidy on 21 December 1897 in Broken Hill, New South Wales, Australia[2].

Their only son was:

Harold Henry Jacka (1898-1965)

Annie F Jacka died in Broken Hill in 1907. Her parents are listed as Andrew and Margaret.

Richard passed away on 7 July 1927 in Granville, New South Wales, Australia[3] He was buried on 11 July 192 in Plot M_Zone C/#/757 in the Rookwood General Cemetery, Rookwood, New South Wales, Australia[4] Buried in the same plot are:[5]
