Per SAR and DAR records, the wife of this man is only known as Mary, no last name given and only two children are listed with descendants, Robert and Hugh[1]
I have reduced the birth location to Ireland (to aid indexing) when merging. Both Antrim and Fermanagh have been suggested both unsourced.

It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Hugh by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
Y-chromosome DNA test-takers in his direct paternal line on WikiTree:
There is no evidence that Hugh was a child of Isaac and Ann Jackson, and it seems unlikely. First of all, he is supposed to have been born in Antrim or Fermanagh, which is far away from Kildare, where Isaac and his family lived at that time. Secondly, he does not appear on Isaac's family list. Quaker family lists were generally very accurate and it seem unlikely they would miss a child completely. Therefore, I suggest you remove the parents.
Jackson-5265 and Jackson-5275 appear to represent the same person because: The names all match up and even the son David is already set as having the Mary with the Higinbotham name not Wiley, so everything seems to match well.
