Biography
James was born Tuesday at 10 min before 8 AM, delivered by Dr. Sabine. He was bap. by Rev. John Lillie Sabbath PM 16 Nov 1851. James married Lydia Montgomery, 14 Feb at La Center, Washington.
Grand-niece Alice Julia Jackson recalls Great-Uncle Jim, and says he moved to Santa Monica. Her father, nephew Frederick, may have come to Santa Monica because Uncle Jim was there.
The 1900 census indicates that James and Lydia had no children.
The Jackson family bible indicates that the marriage was on February 14, year unknown.
