Note on birth: Sarah Jackson Millard was born 28th July 1850 to Thomas Jackson and Mary Ann Jessop. After her father's death in 1858^[4] her mother met and married William Millard on 18th June 1867^[5], and by the time she married Henry Annett on 15 July 1870 she had added the name Millard to her own.

Sarah was born about 1850. She was the daughter of William Millard and Mary Jessop. She passed away in 1927.
