Fred Daugherty's informant wrote that DE Jackson killed Dick Richardson. Had a fuss Sunday afternoon. Made a threat. Shot through screen with shotgun at Zeiger restaurant. Marshall Clayton was a witness. Court at Pocahantus TX about 1915. sentenced to prison.
