WEST JERSEY -- A celebration of life service for Erin Nichole Jackson, 26, of rural West Jersey, will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Princeville United Methodist Church in Princeville. The Revs Rex Hendrix and Harry Losey will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Hammitt-Hott Funeral Home in Princeville. Burial will be in Princeville Cemetery. She was pronounced dead at 5:10 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, 2001, at her residence.
She was born April 10, 1975, in Peoria to Barry Dean and Janet Lennon Jackson. Surviving are her mother of Princeville; her father of rural Wyoming, Ill.; one sister, Lindsay Jackson of Princeville; her grandparents, Dean and Irma Jackson of rural Speer and Sharlene Lennon of Rock Island; and her fiancee, Scott Libby of rural West Jersey.
A graduate of Illinois Central College, she was a physical therapy assistant for Kewanee Hospital Rehabilitation Services for three years.
She attended Princeville United Methodist Church.
