Henry Jackson was born about 1845[1] in Brownsville[1], Pennsylvania. He served with the 55th Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry during the American Civil War.
He served as a Private in Company B of the 55th Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry during the American Civil War. He enlisted May 18, 1863. He was discharged for disability.[1]
